Level Up with Lorrie is a series of interactive workshops designed to support whole-body wellness through movement, education, and practical strategies for everyday living. Led by Lorrie Karn, Director of Benefitness, each session focuses on building confidence, improving mobility, reducing stress, and helping participants feel stronger and more empowered in their daily routines. These classes are approachable, engaging, and adaptable for a wide range of abilities.

New Year, Fresh Start

This workshop replaces traditional New Year’s resolutions with a fresh approach to releasing habits that no longer support your health and vitality. Learn the difference between willpower and skill power, along with simple daily strategies that help build momentum, confidence, and long-term wellness.
Heart Start
February 13 | 10 am
In this session, you will learn which exercises best support heart health and improved circulation. These movements promote increased energy and overall wellbeing. As an added bonus, participants will receive heart-healthy recipes that are both simple to prepare and delicious.


Happy Hearts
February 27 | 10 am
Learn how stress affects the body and explore easy-to-follow techniques to help manage and reduce daily stress. This session includes mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and guidance on foods that support stress reduction, plus simple, quick-to-cook recipe ideas.
